Week Two 5th May 2014 - 11th May 2014

The luck continues -:

I have won a few more prizes - they have yet to arrive but they will be added to the red ottoman in the bedroom. I love to see the pile growing :)

The savings pot is slowly increasing I have £11.50 now, not a huge amount I know but it all helps.

I have been scanning the internet for homemade gift ideas - I will be adding them on here over the next few days and would be thrilled to have any feedback.

10th May 2014 - Well, it's now the end of the week and its a mixture of good and bad news on my challenge. I have £14 in savings so that is growing nicely but I have no competition wins despite entering loads.

I have however sold quite a few bits from the house and have £12.50 in my savings pot in the house - not bad for getting rid of stuff I didn't want and as I sold them from the house it means I don't have to do a car boot in this miserable weather!

Week One 21st April - 27th April

This week I have done quite well so far:

• I have sold £4 of stuff so far - with this I managed to buy a trendy hat on ebay for £1.04 Brand New for my brother in law 
• A cute Owl bracelet, perfect for my owl loving friend for 65p. 

I will scour ebay for more bargains with the remaining £2.31 

I have also won some competitions: 

• A cute wooden dummy clip - brill pressie for my 8 week old or one of her baby friends 
• A teething baby bling necklace 
• A photoshoot which we had on Saturday - I am planning on printing a few of the photos and giving them as gifts. 

I also have £6 in my paypal account from ebay sales.

• Change saver - not exactly free but as the advert states every little helps. I log onto my online banking every couple of days and each time I do I intend to send the odd bit of change to my savings account ie. if I have £205.67p available I will send the 67p to the savings account. 

None of them will make millions but together I am hoping they will buy a few pressies :)
